1 dozen lemons
1 liter grain alcohol
1 1/2 liters water
3 1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Halve the lemons and remove seeds. Add the lemons to the grain alcohol and let sit for 12 hours.
Bring the water and sugar to boil.
After the sugar syrup cools, combine with the lemon/alcohol mixture.
Allow to sit in a dark place for 28 days.
Strain, bottle, and enjoy.

Can be served as an ice digestif, drizzled over fruit and ice cream, or in cocktails that use citrus flavored spirits.
