2 cups sugar
½ cup milk
8 Tbsp. (1 stick) unsalted butter
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. salt

Directions:

1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment.

2. Place the sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until it boils.

3. Remove from the heat and add oats, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt. Stir well to combine.

4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet and let sit at room temperature until hardened (30 minutes). Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
