2 lb confectioners sugar
8 oz cream cheese- softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp evaporated milk
coconut to taste (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with hands. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Shape into eggs or ball and dip in melted chocolate candy melts.
