1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1 cup sour cream (or butter milk)
confectioners sugar for dusting

Mix all ingredients together in stand mixer. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
