3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups grated zucchini
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp all spice
3 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup nuts or raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until foamy. Add oil, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla. Mix lightly.

Add dry ingredients and nuts or raisins. Mix well.

Pour into 3 small or 2 large greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.
