1 14oz pkg caramels
1 cup evaporated milk
1 German Chocolate Cake mix
¾ cup butter or margarine
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels with ⅓ cup of the evaporated milk. Set side for later. Beat together cake mix, remaining milk and butter. Bake half the cake mix in greased 13 x 9 baking dish in 350º oven for 15 minutes. Spread caramel mixture on top of cake layer. Add pecans and chocolate chips. Spread remaining cake batter and continue baking for additional 15-20 minutes.
