7 lb. fully cooked half spiral-cut ham
1-2 pkgs. bacon
Toothpicks

Earl Grey Blackberry Glaze:
1 c. water
1 Earl Grey tea bag
1 c. blackberry jam
1 Tbsp. bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
- In small saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add tea bag. Steep 3-5 minutes. Discard tea bag. Cool slightly.
- In saucepan, combine tea, jam, and bourbon. Cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat until jam dissolves. Keep warm. - Stir before serving if glaze separates.
- Baste ham with 1/2 cup glaze. Cover ham with bacon and attach with toothpicks.
- Cook ham according to the package directions.
- Serve with remaining 1 1/2 cups glaze.

** A strong tea like Irish Breakfast or English Breakfast may be substituted. If you prefer it thicker, combine 2 teaspoons cornstarch with mixture until combined.
