2 1/2 c. whole milk
2 c. heavy cream
4 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
4 oz. milk chocolate, chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cinnamon sugar, for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
- Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan on medium heat to just below simmering. Remove the pan from the heat and add both chocolates. When the chocolates are melted, add the sugar and vanilla. Reheat gently and serve. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
