Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. warm water
2/3 c. honey
1 3/4 Tbsp. Active Dry Yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 c. bread flour

Directions:
Directions:
- In large mixing bowl, whisk together warm water and honey. Add yeast. Cover with a towel.
- In about 10-20 minutes, your mixture should have risen and look frothy. Mix in your bread flour 1 cup at a time. Mix in salt.
- Add a little extra flour to your hands and knead the dough, about 5 minutes. Dough is ready when you take a piece, flatten and stretch between fingers and it forms “stained glass” (you should see through it, but not tear it).
- Place kneaded dough in a large greased bowl, and cover with a towel. After an hour your dough should have risen significantly. Punch the dough and then knead again for a couple of minutes.
- Divide dough into 2 lightly greased loaf pans and cover with your towel once more. Or shape into small balls for rolls, then cover.
- After allowing the dough to rise for 30 minutes, lightly press dough. Dough is ready to bake when it does not immediately spring back.
- Bake in oven at 325º for 30-35 minutes or until golden. Brush with honey butter.
