2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp oregano
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Rub on favorite cut of chicken, or whole chicken.
You can thin it down with more lemon and/or oil to make it thin enough to spread with a brush.
