CRUST:
1 c. Butter (softened)
1/2 c. White Sugar
2 c. Flour

LEMON TOPPING:
4 Eggs
1 1/2 c. White Sugar
2/3 c. Flour
4 Lemons juiced (about 2/3 c.)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Blend together the softened butter, 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup sugar until forms a crumble like consistency
Press mixture into the bottom of an un-greased 9x13 in baking dish. Bake for 15 to 20 mins or until firm and golden.
Mix together the remaining 1 1/2 cups of sugar and 2/3 cups of flour. Whisk in the eggs and the lemon juice. Pour over the baked crust.
Bake for an additional 20 mins. The bars will firm up as they cool.
Optional: Sprinkle powdered sugar on top
