¼ cup Oil
¼ cup Flour
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 cup Green Bell Pepper
½ cup Celery
1½ cup Chicken Broth
1 Bay leaf
1 (28 oz) Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
12 Shrimp, cooked white

Directions:
Directions:
1. Take 3 Tbsp oil and heat until hot.
2. Add flour and cook until golden brown.
3. Add onions, peppers, celery and cook 2 minutes.
4. Add 1½ cup broth stir until smooth.
5. Pour into Crock Pot.
6. Add bay leaf, tomatoes, and hot sauce. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Add more broth if needed.
7. 5 minutes before serving cook shrimp in skillet till white then add to crock pot and cook for about 5 more minutes.
