onion
salt pork, diced and browned
Canned milk
Milk
Salt and pepper
6 saltines

Directions:
Directions:
Measurements are very important, obviously.
In a saucepan, barely cover fish with water. Cook just until done. Remove fish.
Cook potatoes and onion in the water.
Return fish to pan. Add salt pork, canned milk and S & P,
Add just enough regular milk to mask the canned milk taste, if needed.
Crush 6 saltines. Add to pot. Let cool completely. Then reheat and serve.
