1 c. sugar
3/4 c. softened shortening
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. corn syrup
2 envelopes chocolate
1 3/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Mix together first 5 ingredients. Sift together remaining ingredients and stir into chocolate mixture.
- Shape into balls. Roll ball into 1 tsp. sugar (for each ball).
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
