2 lb. elbow macaroni
2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
1/2 to 1 stick butter
1/2 to 1 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in generously salted water according to package directions. Drain pasta and return to hot pot. Add Velveeta cheese, butter and milk to pasta. Stir until cheese has melted. If the cheese is not melting, turn the burner on low and stir consistently to avoid burning.
