1 Cup Butter...............................................................½ tsp Baking Powder
1½ Cups Sugar...........................................................Pinch of Salt
1 Egg..........................................................................1 tsp Vanilla
2¼ Cups Flour............................................................¼ Cup Sugar
*****2 Cups White Chocolate Chips********************2 Tbsp Shortening*****

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cream together butter and sugar then beat in the egg and vanilla. Slowly beat in the flour mixture. Roll 1 Tbsp into a ball and roll in the ¼cup of sugar. Place on cookie sheet and lightly flatten. Bake 8-10 mins. Melt the chocolate chips with the shortening in the microwave or over a double boiler. When cool, dip half in chocolate, then in sprinkles if desired.
