18 Nutter Butter Cookies................................................2 Heath Bars
6 Tbsp Melted Butter......................................................Pinch of Salt

*****Filling*****
3-8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened...................................¼ Cup Sour Cream
¾ Cup Peanut Butter.....................................................1 tsp Vanilla
¾ Cup Sugar..................................................................½ tsp Salt
3 Eggs

*****Topping*****
1 Cup Sour Cream.........................................................2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp Sugar..................................................................Nutter Butter Pieces
½ tsp Vanilla...................................................................2 Heath Bars
¼ Cup Peanut Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Grease an 8" springform pan .Crumble cookies and Heath bars, mix with Melted butter and salt and press in bottom and ⅓ way up pan. Beat cream cheese and peanut butter, beat in sugar, then eggs 1 at a time .Add sour cream, vanilla and salt, but do not overmix. Pour onto crust. Wrap bottom of pan with foil and place in a large roasting pan. Pour in boiling water to come halfway up sides. Bake until center is slightly jiggly, about 90 mins. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla and spread over baked cheesecake then return to oven for 10 minutes. Turn oven off and leave the door ajar. Keep in oven for 1 more hour. Put in fridge and chill at least 5 hours or overnite. Mix peanut butter and cream, put in a pastry bag and decorate the top. Arrange the remaining cookies and Heath bar on top.
