1 box of medium shell or macaroni noodle pasta
1 lb ground beef (90/10)
2 cans of Campbell’s healthy request tomato soup
1 can of 98% fat free Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp of Italian seasoning
2 tsp of onion powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

1. In a pot over medium heat, add a pinch salt to water and bring water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef.
3. After the pasta is cooked al dente, strain in a strainer and place in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
4. After the meat has cooked, rinse with hot water. Then place the ground beef on a plate and blot with paper towels to remove the excess grease.
5. Place the ground beef back in the pan on medium heat and stir in the garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
6. Add the 2 cans of tomato soup and the 1 can of mushroom soup to the skillet with the ground beef and mix well.
7. Add a ½ can of water to the mixture and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
8. Let the meat mixture simmer for about 3 minutes over medium heat.
9. Place the meat mixture in the baking dish over the noodles.
10. Mix the meat mixture and the noodles together until well combined.
11. Sprinkle the cheese over the casserole.
12. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 375º.
13. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
14. If you want to brown the cheese on top, you can broil the casserole for 3-5 minutes.
