2 C butter
2 C sugar
2 C brown sugar

4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract

Dry ingredients

4 C flour
5 C oats - put in blender then grind to create oat flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda

LASTLY
24 oz chocolate chips (4 cups)
1-8 oz Hershey's chocolate bar grated (never do this)
3 C chopped nuts of any kind

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla to mixture

Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Then add to above mixture and mix.

Add chocolate chips and nuts to mixture.

Make golf ball sized cookies 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.

Bake 375 degrees, 8-10 minutes more or less.

These are really good! Very chewy with the oats being made into a flour. Must serve with milk!
