4 Baking Potatoes
1 pkg. 4 oz. garlic & herb spreadable cheese (Alouette Brand)
¼ Cup Milk (heated)
2 tbsp. chopped chives
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
⅛ tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425º
Prick potatoes with a fork & Bake on ungreased baking sheet (1) hour until tender
Let stand 15 - 20 minutes
Reduce oven to 350º
Horizontally cut ⅓ top of potatoes.
Scoop potatoes from skin leaving ¼ inch thick shells.
Reserve shell and potato
Scoop potato from tops and discard skin.
In a bowl mash potatoes.
Stir in cheese, milk, chives, salt & pepper.
Spoon mixture back into potato bottoms.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet for about 25 minutes
