1 lb. chicken breast
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
¼ cup shallots
2 cloves garlic
½ cup mushroom
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup sweet marsala
¾ cup chicken broth
Few sprigs rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and olive oil in skillet. Cook chicken until golden and set aside. Add more oil if needed. Add in shallots and garlic for 30 seconds. Add mushroom and cook until juices evaporate. Add in salt and pepper. Add ½ cup sweet marsala and simmer until ½ evaporate (about 2 minutes). Add chicken broth, rosemary and simmer for 4 minutes. Return meat to skillet. Heat through. Add 1 tablespoon butter and season with salt and pepper.
