1 cup Butter, softened
1¼ cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup Sour Cream
2 cups Flour
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
1½ teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¾ cups Pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, beating until fluffy. Mix in sour cream and vanilla, followed by the dry ingredients.
Stir together pecans, cinnamon, and sugar to make the streusel.
Liberally spray a Bundt pan with cooking spray. Layer batter, streusel, batter, then streusel in the pan.
Bake at 350º for 45-55 minutes.
