Brezinski Butter Cookies Recipe

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons Flour
½ cup Powdered Sugar
½ cup Corn Starch
2 sticks Butter, softened
Powdered Sugar for dipping
1 can Buttercream Frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar. Add the cornstarch and continue to mix, followed by the flour. Chill for 30 minutes or so.
Roll into small balls (I used a small scoop, quartered) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Lightly smash each ball with a fork or spoon dipped in powdered sugar.
Bake at 350º for 8 minutes. Cool completely.
Ice with buttercream frosting.
