2 packages active dry Yeast
2 cups Hot Water
½ cup Sugar
1 Egg
¼ cup Oil
2 tsp Salt
6-6½ cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in water (10 minutes)
2. Combine all ingredients with 4 cups flour, beat till smooth
3. Knead for 6-8 minutes. Place in greased bowl and let rise for 1 hour.
4. Punch down, divide into 4 sections. Divide each section into 12 balls and let rise for 30 minutes.
5. Bake at 375ºF for 15-20 minutes
