1 lb Oreos
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cup Spanish nuts
1/2 gallon soft ice cream

Chocolate sauce:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk 2/3 cups chocolate chips 1/2 cup butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Crush 1 lb Oreos and add melted butter. Spread in a 9 x 13" pan. Place in fridge. Spread Spanish nuts over cookies. Spread soft ice cream over the peanuts. Freeze until ice cream is firm. Cover with chocolate sauce and refreeze.

Mix in a saucepan. Boil 8 minutes, add 1 tsp vanilla. Chocolate Sauce should cool before it is put on the ice cream.
