4 oz tequila silver
4 tsp. agave nectar
sparkling white wine

Shake lime juice, tequila, and agave nectar in a shaker with ice. Strain into two 8-ounce champagne flutes. Fill each glass three quarters full with sparkling wine. Garnish with lime peel.

I made this cocktail for a special birthday dinner Jason. I was looking for a way to make a bubbly margarita and I feel like this drink is a refreshing interpretation. Fun and different way to start a celebration with sparkling wine.
