1 1/2 c sugar
2/3 c evaporated milk
2 Tbsp butter
2 c mini marshmallows
2 c white chocolate chips
1 tsp almond extract
Candied fruit
Optional: nuts and dried fruits

Directions:
Directions:
Line an 8" square pan, and grease it.
Boil sugar, milk, & butter at full boil, stirring constantly, 4 1/2-5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in the rest. Stir vigorously until chips and marshmallows are melted. Fold in nuts and fruits. Chill.
