32 oz. frozen shredded Hash Brown, defrosted
½ cup Butter melted
1 (10¼ oz) can cream of chicken soup (or cream of cheddar)
1 pint sour cream
½ cup Onion finely chopped
2 cups Colby Cheese, grated
¼ tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 350º

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl reserving ½ cup of cheese for the topping
2. Place in a greased 9x13 casserole dis and top with reserved cheese
3. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until hot a bubbly.
