Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs sirloin
2 tomatoes
1 large green pepper
1 clove garlic
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ cup soy sauce
½ tsp sugar
1 can bean sprouts (or fresh sprouts)
1 tsp corn starch dissolved in ¼ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak diagonally in thin strips. Fry with garlic and ginger. Add soy sauce, tomatoes, and green pepper. Cook until sauce starts to form and pepper is tender. Add sprouts and sugar and cook for a few minutes. Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Serve over rice.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Put the steak in the freezer for 15 or 20 minutes before you slice. Makes it much easier to slice thinly.

Most recipes are not exact, i.e. times, etc, so try and make these your own. I thought Mom always used onions in this, but recipe doesn't call for it.
