Beat rapidly 5 minutes:
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup pumpkin

Sift together:
3/4 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder

Filling:
8 - pkg cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
4 T butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Add flour mixture to egg mixture. Spread on a well-greased cookie sheet with edges. Sprinkle 1 cup chopped nuts over top. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Loosen edges and bottom. Turn over on a kitchen towel which is dusted lightly with powdered sugar. Roll in a towel immediately and let cool.

Filling:
Beat and spread on a cooled jelly roll which has been unrolled. Re-roll (not in a towel) and place in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and freeze or refrigerate.
