1 # - fresh green beans
4 oz shitake mushrooms
1 ½ T olive oil

1 T butter
1 T flour
1 cup whole milk
½ t garlic power
½ t pepper
4 oz goat cheese
½ cup fried onions


Serves 4-6 peope

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Place green beans and mushrooms on sheet pan. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast for 8-10 minutes until done.

Sauce – make a roux with the butter and flour and cook for 1-3 minutes. Slowly whisk in milk and simmer until it thickens. Remove from heat and add 3 oz of goat cheese.

Serve - pour sauce on platter, add beans and mushrooms, dot with remaining goat cheese and fried onio
