1 16 oz. package of herb season Pepperidge Farm stuffing (blue package, not cubed)
2 c. chopped celery
1 4 oz. can mushrooms (undrained)
¾ c. raisins
2 eggs beaten
~ 2 cups milk
½ onion chopped (mom uses 2 tbsp. dehydrated onion)
1 tsp. sage
1½ tsp. poultry seasoning
½ c. margarine

Combine celery, onion, and margarine in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 3 minutes. Combine the stuffing, mushrooms, and raisins. Add the seasonings and mix in the celery mixture. Add the beaten eggs. Pour in 1 c. of milk and check consistency. Add more milk as needed. Mixture should be very moist. Place in a greased 9x13 pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 1½ hours. Remove foil half way through. Top will brown and firm in the middle.
