8 cups diced potatoes
1 cup onions, chopped fine
2 T chicken bouillon
Water to cover
½ c butter
½ c flour
3 cups milk
½ cup sour cream
¼ t pepper
½ t garlic powder
3 cups cheddar cheese
1 # bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes and onions in large kettle. Add chicken bouillon and cover with water. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and boil 20-25 minutes. In saucepan melt butter and stir in flour, pepper and garlic powder. Slowly add milk, whisking to prevent lumps. Stir into potato mixture and combine ingredients. Stir in bacon and 1 cup of cheese. Add additional salt or pepper if needed. Serve with shredded cheese.
