1 3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
3 c powdered sugar
a few drops food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and peppermint.
Gradually beat in powdered sugar with an electric mixer until mixture is smooth. Knead the last of the powdered sugar in with your hands. Knead in food coloring until evenly distributed.
Sprinkle sugar in small candy molds,
Or form mixture into 3/4" balls. Dip each in sugar. Place on wax paper. Flatten with a glass or fork.
Let dry overnight.
