12 slices bread ,cubed
1 ½ # pork sausage
⅓ c chopped onion
¼ c chopped pepper
6 eggs
3 cups milk
2 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t ground mustard
½ t salt
¼ t pepper
¼ t oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Put bread cubes in dish. In skillet, cook sausage, onions and peppers until meat is no longer pink. Sprinkle over bread. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake covered at 325º for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake additional 10 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
