3 # thinly sliced pork
2 T oil
3 sweet onions sliced
1 t salt
¼ t pepper
3 cups boiling water
4 T pineapple juice
3 T brown sugar
½ t ginger
3 T cornstarch
3 T water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in frying pan and fry pork in small batches. Set aside and keep warm as you fry remaining pork. Fry onions in same pan until starting to turn clear. Season with salt . Add water, pineapple juice, ginger and brown sugar. Heat to boiling. Combine cornstarch and water and stir into mixture to thicken. Serve with cooked rice and choice of vegetables.
