18-oz. bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1¾ cups marshmallow cream (fluff) (7-oz.)
4½ cups sugar
1⅔ cups evaporated milk
2 T. butter, softened
½ tsp. salt
1 T. vanilla extract
1½ cups chopped roasted peanuts (8-oz.)

In a mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment, combine chocolate, peanut butter and marshmallow cream. Set aside. In a saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring constantly, and adjusting heat as necessary to keep mixture boiling steadily, for exactly 6 minutes. Remove from heat and pour boiling syrup into chocolate mixture, mixing on low speed until chocolate is melted, about 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla and peanuts. Pour into prepared pan, smoothing top. Let cool completely at room temperature until firm before cutting, about 2 hours.
