1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 (3.4 ounce) box Instant Vanilla Pudding
4 Eggs
1 cup Sour Cream
½ cup Vegetable Oil
½ cup Walnuts
3 medium Apples, cut into large pieces
½ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, and oil. Beat until fluffy. Stir in walnuts. Set aside.
Stir together apple pieces, sugar, and cinnamon.
Liberally grease a Bundt pan and alternate layers of cake batter, apples, cake batter, and finish with apples. *Note: Be careful to avoid allowing apples to touch the pan!
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
Cool for 30-45 minutes before inverting the pan onto a cake plate.
