4 chicken breasts
¼ cup flour
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. paprika
Pepper to taste

2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped onion.
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. poultry seasoning
Dash pepper
2 Tbsp. milk
¼ cup hot water
½ cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Split chicken just enough to fold. Combine flour and seasonings. Put in bag with chicken. Shake. Combine bread crumbs, onion, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper in bowl to create stuffing. Mix 2 tbsp milk and hot water 1/4 cup. Toss gently with stuffing. Fill cavity with stuffing mixture. hold stuffing in with toothpicks. Dip chicken in melted butter. Place in baking dish. Drizzle the remaining butter on top, if any. Bake in slow oven for 30 minutes. Turn and bake an additional 30 minutes or until tender. Total cooking time is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes stuffed. Serve with sour cream mushroom sauce.
 

Sour Cream Mushroom Sauce

½ lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
¼ cup onion, minced
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup sour cream
½ tsp. salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook mushroom and onion lightly in butter until tender. Do not overcook. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Push mushrooms on one side and stir the flour in with the butter. Add in the heavy cream. Add in the sour cream and season. Heat slowly and stir consistently until it starts to boil. Simmer for a minute or 2. If too thick thin out with half and half or milk. Serve with stuffed chicken.
