3 (7 ounce) packages John Morrell Skinless Smoked Sausage
1 (28 ounce) can Sauerkraut
¼ small Apple, peeled and diced
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Drain and rinse sauerkraut in a colander, pressing on the sauerkraut until dry. Spread the kraut evenly in the dish. Sprinkle the brown sugar and apple over the sauerkraut.
Cut the sausage into 2 inch segments. Place sausage on top of kraut, and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350º.
