Crust
2 cups flour
1cup sugar
1 cup butter
Mix and pat into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 to 17 minutes until very lighted browned.
Filling
16 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
1 can (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple , well drained
Beat first 5 ingredients with mixer. Fold in pineapple. Spread mixture on baked crust.
Topping
2 cups coconut
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Mix coconut and butter together and sprinkle over bars. Bake 17 to 20 minutes. Cool. Cut and refrigerate.
