2 tbls olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tblsp chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup tomato soup
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups instant rice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil. Add garlic powder, cumin, salt and cilantro. Stir and cook about 1 minute. Add onion, tomato soup and broth. Bring to boil. Add rice and bring back to boil. Cover, turn off heat, and let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. If rice seems wet, place back on heat and cook stirring constantly.
