Ingredients:	Ingredients: 4 cups flour 3 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 pound butter 1 cup sour cream 1 cake yeast (2 tablespoons) or 3 tablespoons if using more nuts and sugar) 1/4 cup lukewarm water 1 teaspoon sugar 3 eggs yolks. beaten

Directions:	Directions: Measure flour, then sift with sugar and salt. Cut in the butter as for pie dough. Dissolve yeast in like warm water (not hotter than 80-85 degrees) add sugar. Let stand until it foams Mix egg yolks and sour cream, yeast mixture. Kneed 20 minutes. Place in a bowl, grease top using the butter wrappers. Put the dough in the bowls and cover with towel and refrigerate overnight. Divide in 4ths, roll out a fourth and fill and roll up like jelly roll. Place each one in a broiler pan one next to the other in a butter pan. Bake in a preheated oven 325 degree for 1 hour until nicely brown.
