2 loaves of Vienna or Italian bread (sliced) - dried out for 2 days
3 stalks of celery chopped
1 dozen eggs
1 stick margarine
3 chopped onions (regular size)
fresh parsley (handful)

Directions:
Directions:
Drip each piece of bread into a bowl of milk- drop and squeeze it a little. Take to a larger bowl and rip apart (1-2 pieces). Melt margarine in frying pan and sauté onions and celery (do not brown) until translucent - cool off. Put eggs in another bowl - beat eggs. Add celery and onions to bread. Add seasonings. Pour eggs over. Mop up with hands. Put in containers that have been sprayed with PAM first. Leave room for stuffing to rest. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees ( 2 large or 4 medium containers).
