1/2 cup butter flavor Crisco
1/2 cup butter, softened
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons cream of tarter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Heat oven 400°
In a large mixing bowl beat Crisco, butter and sugar until well combined; add eggs and vanilla and beat until mixed. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tarter, soda and salt. On low speed, slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture; beat just until well combined.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls and then roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for about 1 minute and then place on racks to cool completely.

Sugar - Cinnamon mixture: Mix together 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon
