Ingredients:

Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 pound oleo melted in pan

Filling
(3) 8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
5 whole eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Canned Cherries or other berries of your choice

Directions:
Crust - mix well and spread in a 9x13 pan

Filling
- mix all ingredients well with a mixer until smooth
- spread over the crust in pan
- bake ~40 minutes at 350 degrees (knife inserted should come out clean)

Topping
- mix all ingredients well
- when the cheesecake is done baking - spread the mixture over the cheesecake and bake 5 more minutes at 350 degrees

Let cool WELL. Top with canned cherries or other fillings
