2 cups sifted flour
1/2 cup confectioner sugar (+1 more cup)
4 beaten eggs
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour and sugar cut in butter till mixture clings together. Press into a 13x9x2 pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes (until lightly brown). Beat together eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder - stir in egg mixture. Pour over baked crust. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes longer. Sprinkle with additional confectioner sugar, cool and cut in bars.
