1 lb. Brussel sprouts
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Cut off any brown ends from the Brussels and pull off yellow outer leaves. Cut Brussels in half vertically.

3. In a bowl mix Brussels with olive oil, salt and pepper.

4. Pour Brussels onto a sheet pan and roast for 35 - 40 minutes until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Once done, take out of the oven and sprinkle with more salt.

5. Serve!
