1 lb chicken, boneless, skinless, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 lb. smoked sausage (andouille), sliced
½ lb. cooked, medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups chicken broth
1 can tomato paste
3 celery ribs chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 medium sweet onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsp dried parsley flakes
2 tsp dried basil
1 ½ tsp dried oregano
1 ¼ tsp salt
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, EXCEPT SHRIMP, in slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is no longer pink.
3. Stir in Shrimp. Cover and cook 15-30 mins, until shrimp is pink and slightly curled.
4. Serve with rice

**Jambalaya can be cook in dutch oven on cooktop. Combine all ingredients, minus shrimp. Cook on medium heat until chicken is cooked through. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink and shape of C.

This is the best Jambalaya recipe ever! Absolute family favorite. This recipe can be frozen in smaller portions to be warmed in sauce pan.
