1 lbs. ground pork sausage ½-1 cup shredded cheese 1 cup milk 6 slices bread 6 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. mustard
Brown sausage, drain. Put cubed bread in to bottom of 9x13 greased pan. Spread sausage over bread and sprinkle with cheese. Mix milk, eggs, salt, and mustard and pour on top. Refrigerate overnight or 6-8 hrs. Bake 350º for 20-30 minutes.
